Le Pigeonnier
Description
Le Pigeonnier has its own private terrace with an extraordinary panorama over the valley, garden furniture and a barbecue, and can welcome up to 5 people.
It has a large open-plan living room with a fully equipped fitted kitchen with dishwasher, a dining area and a sitting area with a sofa.
There is a double bedroom (140) on the second floor, a bedroom with 2/3 single beds on the ground floor, a shower room and a separate wc on the first floor.
Hours of check in/out
Check in is from 5pm and check out before 10am.
Services
Linen are provided. Towels and tea towels are provided free of charge for stays of 7 nights minimum.
Beds are made upon arrival. The bedding is high standard: slatted base and Bultex mattress. Double beds are 140cm.
Washing machine, iron and ironing table, hoover are available in the laundry room of Le Jeanquet .
Cots and high chairs are available. The cottages are not equipped with televisions.
Free Wi-Fi access inside the gites.
Breakfast service is at an additional cost.
Well-behaved pets are welcomed with a supplement, per week of 30 euros for one animal and 50 euros for 2 animals.
You can do your shopping, online, on the Intermarché Drive, in order to save time on your arrival, by collecting them in Villeréal 3 km away.
We remind our customers that we are in rural areas and that the network of the various mobile phone operators is variable.

Complementary Information
- special nights : weekend and bank holidays from April 1st to July 1st and from september 2sd to October 31st, +25€ per night
- electric heating is extra off season: above 8 kw / h per day.
- A deposit of 30% is requested upon reservation (cheque or bank transfer made out to “SARL Bonvalot” please)
- the balance upon arrival
- a damage deposit of 150 euros is also requested, which will be returned upon departure.
- if you do not wish to clean the place yourselves: Cleaning fees of 55 €.
- the tourist tax : owed to the local administration sums up to 2.5% of the rental cost, per night and per person (disregarding the accommodation tax, total number of nights booked, or number of occupants), with a price cap of 1.60€ per adult (+18 years old) and per nights.
